The device not only generates a GPS trail to facilitate route assistance and tracking, it captures digital delivery signatures.

In addition to generating pre-notification emails, the IRIDIUM tool can also be configured to send follow-up customer surveys.  When communicating delivery details with the customer, user-defined delivery status can be configured to include new orders, tentative delivery dates, or that you are awaiting customer feedback.
